Negotiation is my strongest skill. Drawing on my education in Communication Studies, I understand what is needed to find agreement, even in tricky situations. I care deeply about each of my clients' well-being and personal success. I am honored to be chosen as your ally, your warrior. Contracts are the result of our agreements, and must be drawn properly to protect and enhance your interests. Forms and evidence, likewise. Every word matters. My counsel to you will be detailed and well-informed, providing you with tools for success. No waste, no b.s., just smart solutions, based on my heartfelt connection to your life goals, which become my own.

I have over 20 years of experience litigating environmental, consumer protection, trademark and other public interest lawsuits in state and federal courts.  I will bring those two decades of skill to your case, and know how to make the most persuasive arguments possible to a judge, jury, or administrative hearing officer.

My experience as an immigration attorney has also been very rewarding - it has allowed me to meet people from all over the world, and has required me to advocate for clients in numerous different settings, including family law courts, immigration courts, and at USCIS interviews.  I am the son of an immigrant, and hold dual citizenship myself, so I am personally familiar with how challenging the immigration system can be, and how important it is to you and your family that your case is handled quickly and effectively.
