BIO
I have over 20 years of experience litigating environmental, consumer protection, trademark and other public interest lawsuits in state and federal courts. I will bring those two decades of skill to your case, and know how to make the most persuasive arguments possible to a judge, jury, or administrative hearing officer.
My experience as an immigration attorney has also been very rewarding - it has allowed me to meet people from all over the world, and has required me to advocate for clients in numerous different settings, including family law courts, immigration courts, and at USCIS interviews. I am the son of an immigrant, and hold dual citizenship myself, so I am personally familiar with how challenging the immigration system can be, and how important it is to you and your family that your case is handled quickly and effectively.
